Silencer Buying Process
Step 1. Pick out and purchase your suppressor. Already know what model you want? Great let us know and we can get it ordered for you. Need some help choosing a model? No problem lets talk about what you want to suppress.. We can make some suggestions and help you pick out the perfect can for you.

Step 2. We need to talk about how you will register your suppressor. You can purchase it directly in your name or we can help get you setup with a Gun Trust that you can use to purchase the suppressor with.

Step 3. Finger print time. We will take your fingerprints and photo, and get your necessary ATF eforms account setup.

Step 4. Paperwork submission. We submit your paperwork to the ATF along with your NFA tax stamp fee ($200 per NFA item).

Step 5. Sit back and wait. The current published average wait time for ATF review and approval is approx 6-7 months. Some approvals come back much quicker and some take slower. There seems to be no rhyme or reason why some are approved quicker than others. This is the worst part of the process, but when the ATF finishes the review you will received an email letting you know your suppressor is ready to be picked up and taken home.

Step 6. Take your can home and enjoy! Start thinking about the next one you want to buy!

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a NFA Gun Trust?
A NFA gun trust is a legal entity that can hold assets, such as firearms and silencers. Using a gun trust can be a useful option for those looking to purchase a silencer.
Once the gun trust is established, you can then use it to purchase a silencer. The NFA gun trust is considered a legal entity, rather than an individual.
The main advantage of using a NFA gun trust is that it can allow multiple people to possess and use the silencer. This is because the gun trust can name multiple people as beneficiaries. This can be useful for families or groups of friends who wish to share ownership of a silencer. The NFA gun trust can also be used to pass down silencers and other NFA and non-NFA firearms and assets.
Should I use a trust or buy Individually?
This is something that really only you can answer. If you purchase the silencer directly you must not allow anyone else access to the silencer when not in your presence. Meaning even your spouse cannot have access to where it is stored. When you pass away your heirs will be able to file paperwork to transfer the suppressor ownership to their name or they will need to give it up to the ATF. If you purchase with a trust you can name your spouse or any other person able to legally own a firearm as members of the trust (minors can be listed as a beneficiary). Trust members will be able to possess and have access to the suppressor with or without you present.
